Animal Care Expo 2008 will be held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World®  Resort, Florida.

Please note: Hotel reservations at the conference meeting location, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, have sold out. However, plenty of rooms remain at the nearby Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Complimentary transportation from the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to the conference will be provided. Call 1-407-827-6777 to make your room reservation today. Be sure to mention that you are with The Humane Society of the United States Animal Care Expo in order to get the discounted room rates.

The special Animal Care Expo room rates are: $129 single/double, $144 triple, and $159 quadruple occupancy. Room rates are subject to sales and resort tax, currently 12.5%. Room availability is limited, and you must make hotel reservations by April 20, 2008, to receive the special rate. Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a Florida Green Lodging Program property designated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Don't forget to bring a sweater or light jacket as the meeting rooms can be chilly!

Airline and Other Travel Reservations

After confirming your room reservation for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, call 1-407-827-6777 to make your complimentary Disney’s Magical Express airport shuttle reservation, or use the online form at disneyconventionears.com/coronado (click on “Disney’s Magical Express”). Reservations should be made 30 days in advance.
