Washington Humane Society (WHS), the oldest animal protection agency in DC, is poised for tremendous growth in the next 5 years. We are seeking a CatNiPP Manager to educate and train shelter staff, animal control officers and volunteers/trappers on our Trap-Neuter-Return protocol and trapping techniques of feral cats within our CatNiPP program. The successful candidate would have proven experience working with and organizing communities. Bachelors degree, management experience and willingness to work in the field a must.
