WHS is seeking an Executive Director to be responsible for administrative, fund development, financial, personnel, and operational activities. Candidates must have strong, proven leadership and collaboration skills, with a history of successfully directing operations, staff management, and financial oversight. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills and have a passion for the organization's mission. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 10 years progressive leadership and management experience. Prefer animal welfare, human resources management, fundraising, and/or nonprofit experience.
