Top administrative position requiring expertise in fiscal administration, personnel management, strategic planning, fund raising and public relations. ED is responsible for the consistent achievement of SPAS’ mission, program goals, and financial objectives and setting a positive motivational culture for all staff and volunteers. Programs include: open admission shelter with intake of approx. 9,000 annually and spay/neuter clinic. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience or equivalent combination and must possess strong oral and written communication skills and proven successful leadership. Animal welfare experience preferred, not required.
