Successful candidates will have experience managing in a fast paced, customer driven environment. Position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead, develop and motivate a diverse staff, build teams and resolve conflict. Strong computer skills, phone skills, organizational skills and time management are a must. Previous experience working in the animal welfare field desired, but not required. Position is full time, requiring weekend work. Position reports to the Vice President of Animal Welfare. Salary is commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package.
