St Charles Humane Society, No-Kill Animal Shelter seeks an experienced Shelter Director to oversee the achievement of its mission and financial objectives. Responsible for providing leadership in fundraising, fiscal management, personnel, strategic planning, communications, and day-to-day operations of the shelter. This is a full-time, salaried position, hired by and accountable to the Board of Directors. Must be able to work in a demanding environment, maintain a positive attitude, be organized, and able to work a flexible schedule. Knowledge and experience a must.
