Chief of Humane Law Enforcement SUMMARY: Provides leadership for Humane Law Enforcement, Animal Control, and Animal Rescue Reserve Disaster Response program. QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years of management experience overseeing law enforcement or animal control field program Experience in the Animal Welfare field preferred. Expertise in conducting investigations and training staff to prepare for case prosecution. Comfortable with public speaking as HLE representative. Bachelor’s Degree or greater in related field.
