Upper Bucks Animal Care Center.This position oversees the shelter operations at our Upper Bucks Animal Care Center in Quakertown, which is our newer facility housing dogs, cats, and other pets. In addition, the position oversees our stable for large animals. Annual animal intake (stray, owned, cruelty, etc.) of approx. 2500 animals; open admission. Responsible for animal and client care; collaboration with shelter veterinarian for medical care, community outreach for volunteering, foster program, offsite adoptions, and surrender prevention; behavior team; and our sister shelter in Lahaska.
