This position is responsible for managing the medical care for shelter animals, clinic services provided to the public, and our foster care program. This position includes administrative functions including reports and record keeping, supply and inventory management, supervision of staff, and overall operations of this unit. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field; three (3) years of experience in a shelter environment and two (2) years of veterinary management experience OR a High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience in a shelter environment and two (2) years of veterinary management experience.
