  • Veterinarian / Medical Director

    SPCA of East Texas SNIPPET Clinic

    The SPCA of East Texas is seeking a full time veterinarian to perform high volume spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations and preventative care in our new equipped clinic in Tyler Texas. The position will entail serving as the veterinarian in a medical capacity as well as performing or directing the performance of the administrative duties within the clinic. A clinic staff, including clerical and vet tech support is already in place. This veterinarian will be seeing patients from the public as well as the rescue animals of the SPCA of East Texas. Currently patients are seen 3 days a week with a maximum number of 40 surgeries per day. 20 feline - 20 canine - the ratio is scheduled by weight and sex. This position will allow for growth and advancement as the clinic is able to be open to the public more days a week.
