  • Low Cost Vaccination Clinic Veterinarian

    Georgia SPCA offers low cost vaccination clinics are twice a month on Saturdays from 1-4pm at our Adoption Center located at 1175 Buford Highway in Suwanee, Ga. We offer annual DA2PPV, FVRCP, Bordatella and Rabies Vaccines as well as Heartworm and FeLV/FIV testing, deworming and nail trimming. We are in need of a third to fill in on the following days: January 24th February 21st March 7th April 18th June 20th August 1st October 3rd We usually see between 80-100 animals and there are two vets at each clinic. The veterinarians will be with at least one experienced vet tech to help hold during the procedures. Veterinarians are paid $200 for each clinic.     The ASPCA Animal Hospital (AAH) provides high quality specialized and general medicine to the public, as well as to shelter animals and those who have been victims of cruelty. The in-house veterinarian will be responsible, when on duty, for overseeing the admission of new patients from the ASPCA Adoption Center; for the inpatient care of Adoption Center animals requiring general medicine; for seeing CIA owned outpatients and caring for CIA owned inpatients, as well as SNO ASPCA Cares patients; for shared mentorship of the veterinary intern seeing emergency cases; for shared mentorship of the veterinary intern on the shelter medicine rotation; and for assistance in the medical care of the AAH ARC ward inpatients.
