    • Receive and investigate reports of animal neglect and cruelty inside Jefferson County. • Provide in-depth education to pet owners in the community regarding animal protection, responsible pet ownership, and animal care and welfare. Decipher their needs and provide assistance when appropriate. • Maintain accurate records to ensure follow-up calls are made in a timely manner. • Carry out all duties with humanity and professionalism compliant with GBHS policies and standards. • Admitting pets into the facility.
