    The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) is seeking a dynamic Shelter Manager that is passionate and dedicated to the care and protection of domesticated animals for its Pueblo Animal Services location in Pueblo, Colorado. The Shelter Manager position oversees and manages the shelter’s animal population and is responsible for the operations, planning, development and training for the animal care and customer service departments. The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region DBA/ Pueblo Animal Services has served the Pueblo County and the City of Pueblo areas since 2002 and cares for more than 6,000 animals annually. For more than 60 years, Applicants must have a Bachelors or Associates degree, although 3-4 years of directly related experience may replace the degree.
