  • Spay/Neuter Clinic Veterinarian

    Do you have a passion for animals and the people who love them – whatever their circumstances? See the importance of high volume high quality spay/neuter in the surrounding community? Believe that people are good, and if they are given the right resources and information they will make good decisions for animals? Love veterinary humor? Then you may be the one! Primary duties are high quality/high volume spay/neuter; secondary duties are care of animals in Dakin’s care. Our veterinarians love learning new best practices for shelter animal care and the challenge of helping whatever comes through our doors; routine neuters to dystocias, dentals to amputations. Efficient spay/neuter technique required(25-30 animals/day) and a desire to join a team that embraces optimism even on challenging days. We can teach you HVHQ surgical techniques if you have an interest in surgery and good basic surgical skills. Our vets hold a low cost vaccine clinic once a week. MA veterinary license required. Full time position.
