    Prince George's County Animal Management Division

    The Prince George's County Animal Management Division is seeking a Rescue Coordinator to proactively work with rescue groups in placing animals at our high volume, open admission shelter. The Rescue Coordinator notifies rescue groups of animals available for foster care or adoption, maintains complete and accurate records, enters appropriate data into the electronic system, and ensures that animals for placement receive vaccinations and tests as needed. Other responsibilities include performing duties of the Lost and Found Clerk during their absence. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and customer service skills a must. Basic computer skills needed, experience in Chameleon software a plus.
