    Humane Society of West Michigan seeks qualified applicants for one part-time Shelter Veterinarian; 24+ hour per week. Shelter Veterinarian will: -Ensure overall health, treatment and diagnosis of animals to include proper intake screening in accordance with policy -Perform surgical function. Perform necessary surgeries and medical treatments in accordance with accepted professional standards; keep license and insurance policy current and free of complaints. -Maintain pharmacy (including controlled substances, regular orders and inventory). Maintain and reconcile controlled drug log. Assures accuracy as it relates to drug logs, and submits reports within due dates.
