    The Jersey Shore Animal Center, a private non-profit animal shelter, is seeking a shelter veterinarian. The position will include supervising medical care of the shelter animals and spay/neuter surgeries. We have a well equipped surgery suite and will be starting a low cost spay/neuter clinic to service our local community. This will be a part time position, 3-4 days per week, approximately 25-30 hours per week. The applicant must either have or be able to obtain a New Jersey Veterinary license and a current DEA license. Salary will be based on time commitment and experience.   • High Volume Spay/Neuter Veterinarian

    The AWA seeks an experienced spay/neuter vet for our recently expanded pet clinic. AWA is an established non-profit with forty years of providing quality spay/neuter and basic preventive care. The surgery team performs around 40 surgeries per day. Each vet is a member of a team focused to ensure our high quality standards are maintained. Candidates must have the surgical skills, good diagnostic knowledge and professionalism. In 2013 AWA's clinic provided spays/neuters to 10,000 and in addition provided 4500 pets with basic wellness care through its wellness programs.
