    Pets in Need of Greater Cincinnati is a small but fast-growing nonprofit organization that’s filling a huge need. Our clinic in Lockland provides high-quality, affordable and compassionate veterinary care for cats and dogs from low-income households in the Greater Cincinnati area. We’re looking for just the right person to join our team and participate in the achievement of our mission, objectives and goals. The Clinic Practice Manager will work under the supervision of the Executive Director. This position is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the clinic and its staff. It is a part- time (approximately 25 hours per week), salaried position with some weekend or evening hours required. Primary responsibilities include supervision of clinic staff, purchasing and inventory, accounts payable, HR and payroll and management of the facility.

  • High Volume Spay/Neuter Surgeon

    PetFix Northeast Ohio

    PetFix Northeast Ohio is seeking a high-volume spay/neuter surgeon for our mobile unit. This position would be 1-2 days per week beginning late April/early May. You are responsible for the operation and pace of the mobile clinic surgeries and other procedures on the day(s) that you are working. The essential job tasks include: performing pre-op exams and procedures, spay/neuter surgeries, and post-surgery procedures as specified by PetFix protocol; overseeing all work performed by the mobile clinic RVT’s and assistants; making recommendations for any follow-up care beyond those stated on discharge instructions; documenting and maintaining proper written records for all pre-op, surgery and post-op notes; and properly responding to any emergency (pre- and post-surgery) as notified by the RVT.
