  • Community Programs Manager

    Animal Rescue League of Southern RI

    RESPONSIBILITIES: The Community Programs Manager will plan, coordinate, and be responsible for community-based events and special programs; including Humane Education and Volunteer Services. The CPM will assist the Executive Director(ED) with Public Relations, Event Planning and Fundraising. The CPM will also take the lead with Social Media and Website Development. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The ARLSRI is seeking a Self-Motivated, Outgoing individual who enjoys working with animals and the public. The CPM must possess the necessary skill to solicit sponsorship and donations. Previous event planning and fundraising experience is a PLUS. REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to work evenings and weekends; flexibility is required.  Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license  Must be able to work with and around animals. SALARY/BENEFITS: Starting salary is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week. Health benefits ARE NOT OFFERED.
