The first not-for-profit spay/neuter hospital in the Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking an Associate Veterinary Surgeon to work 1 to 3 days a week, normally between 8 AM and 4 PM. To qualify as a candidate, you must be able to perform 25 to 30 quality surgeries per day or demonstrate the ability to reach that level within six months. Prevent Litter is a fully licensed veterinary hospital but does not offer full-service. PAL has performed over 80,000 spay/neuter surgeries since opening in April 1999.
