After the site visit, the ASC team members spend a month compiling their observations based on notes, documents, and photographs and—drawing upon their collective experience— craft practical solutions. The site coordinator then works for two months to develop the comprehensive written report, complete with observations, recommendations, supportive data, and materials that address immediate concerns as well as long-term goals and challenges for the years to come. Once the ASC team has presented the report, we strongly recommend that a working task force (identified and implemented by the agency) review the document and develop plans for implementation. Suggested procedures for developing a task force are detailed in the report. And our services do not stop there—we remain your partner, providing ongoing guidance.
