Foreclosure Pets Fund Grant Application

To apply for a grant from The Humane Society of the United States' Foreclosure Pets Fund, please fill out the form below. All fields are required.

If your organization has already submitted an application, you do not need to re-apply. Your application will be kept on file and reviewed as funds permit.

Please Note: If your organization is selected to receive a grant from The Humane Society of the United States you will need to supply a completed IRS form W-9 and a copy of your 501(c)3 determination letter or a written statement from your municipality's legal counsel confirming your agency's ability to receive grant monies for designated purposes.
