The Hub of the Wheel
The Humane Alliance Spay/Neuter Clinic in Asheville, North Carolina, is a model of efficiency responsible for the sterilization of more than 106,000 animals in 11 years. Working with 30 humane societies, animal control agencies, and adoption groups in the area, Humane Alliance staff have developed a model so successful that their efforts will soon be duplicated in many other cities around the country.
