What Is Animal Cruelty? And What Can You Do About It?

The National Association for Humane and Environmental Education has produced a 22-page coloring book that educates kids aged 7 to 9 about animal cruelty. What Is Animal Cruelty? And What Can You Do About It? discusses the reasons behind animal abuse and neglect, tells kids how they can report cruelty cases, and explains why animals should be treated with love and kindness. The book even includes a Junior Animal Care Agent badge to cut out and wear. Copies are available for $2 each (volume discounts are available) from www.nahee.org or by calling 860-434-8666.
