How The HSUS Helps Horses

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) is the largest direct-care provider for horses in the country, offering a lifetime sanctuary to nearly 1,000 equines.

The HSUS also operates programs that protect horses from abuse and neglect, provide for those in need of immediate resources, and educate owners and handlers to help them make humane decisions for horses throughout their lives.
