"Rethinking the Cat" Symposium
The Humane Society of the United States invites shelter workers and volunteers, rescuers, community cat advocates, animal control officers, municipal officials, and others who deal with un-owned cats to join us for one of two FREE "Rethinking the Cat" Symposia this September in Delaware or Maine.
These day-long trainings are dedicated to exploring the challenging world of un-owned cats and the best practices for helping them while reducing their population. They feature two full tracks focusing on adoptable cats and community cats that may not be suitable for placement in homes. Learn about new marketing techniques, best care practices for cats, and what population control efforts work best out in the community.
