The Humane State Program is excited to be back in Wisconsin to present Rethinking the Cat, our renowned symposium on cat policy, advocacy and care! Shelters, rescues, ACOs, TNR/colony caretakers and advocates will have the opportunity to learn, network and share as they join their colleagues for a day that’s all about cats.

  • From Feeding Bans to Cat-Safe Communities: Aligning Local Laws with Humane Cat Management

Rethinking the Cat will be held in three locations. Training time for all sessions is from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
