Veterinary Programs Manager, Muttville Senior Dog Rescue

Angela graduated from California State University, Hayward with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2008. While earning her undergraduate degree, she worked at her local veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician. After graduation she realized that veterinary medicine was where she belonged. Angela then went on to lead/train several veterinary technician teams, and worked at Sage Veterinary Specialty and Emergency in Dublin California as an emergency/critical care technician. While working at public hospitals, Angela recognized the special affinity she had for the senior patients and their care. In 2015 she began working at Muttville Senior Dog Rescue as the Veterinary Programs Manager, where she not only gets to help care for senior dogs, but gets to help create a medical program and hospital especially for these special mutts. Her professional interests include hospice care, acupuncture, and dentistry.
