Cait Daly graduated with a B.S. in marketing Psychology from Longwood University and has been involved in the animal welfare field since highschool. Maybe since 5 years old if you count bringing home hurt animals and sticking them in your unsuspecting mother's bathtub. Cait has been a thought leader in animal welfare field since entering professionally in 2010. Over the past ten years, she has fostered a rotating crew of over 1,500 dogs and cats. Most recently, Cait pioneered a fun and innovative Doggy Day Out program at the Fredericksburg SPCA in Virginia where she was the Executive Director. Adventure Tails swept through the area and surrounding areas, proving to be a low barrier way to get animals out for free enrichment and adoption marketing. That program increased adoptions by 33% in the first year, most notably increasing positive release of large, energetic dogs! Cait is now the COO/VP at Lollypop Farm in Rochester, NY where she is working on innovative programming and increased save rate!
