A Group Discount is available for Animal Care Expo 2019
Register a group of three or more and receive $25 off each registration after the first two. The registrations must all be the full conference registration type, from the same organization and completed in the same payment transaction. Group discounts can not be combined with other discounts or special offers.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable up to thirty days prior to the first date of Animal Care Expo (March 20). Within thirty days of Animal Care Expo, all sales are final and nonrefundable. However, a registration for Animal Care Expo may be transferred to another individual for that same event, provided that the individual qualifies for the type of registration being transferred. Minor Children Policy
Minor children (ages 17 and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to attend any Animal Care Expo event. Regular registration rates apply. A parental release form is required as a condition of registration for minor children.
Registration Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with the Events Code of Conduct for The Humane Society of the United States (“HSUS”) apply to any person, guest, registrant, student, speaker, vendor, or exhibitor (“Attendee”) who is present at any meeting, conference, or event (“Event”) of HSUS. By attending Event, Attendee will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the Events Code of Conduct for HSUS.

Modification of Program
HSUS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make any changes to the program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of one or more presentation topic(s) or speaker(s). HSUS is not liable for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
Cancellation of the Event
HSUS may cancel Event due to circumstances beyond HSUS’ control, including but not limited to, acts of God, government order, disaster or other emergencies, or any other circumstances which make it illegal or impossible for HSUS, the Event hotel(s) or venue(s), or other locations of Event to provide the facilities and/or services for Event. Attendee registration may be cancelled for any one or more of such reasons by emailed notice from HSUS to the Attendee without liability on the part of HSUS. In the event of such cancellation, HSUS will not be held liable to attendees for any damages, losses or costs incurred, including but not limited to registration fees and transportation and accommodation costs.
Speakers, Presenters, and Vendors
“The HSUS endeavors to have speakers, presenters and vendors knowledgeable in their subject areas.” Views expressed and materials distributed by speakers, presenters, and vendors during Event are solely those of the speakers and not of the HSUS. The HSUS disclaims any and all liability arising out of Attendees’ reliance on any speaker's or presenter’s statements or materials.
Photography & Filming of Attendees
Audio and video recording and photography may take place during Event. Attendees hereby grant HSUS and its licensees, affiliates, employees, and representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the Event, and distribute and publish (both now and in the future) the Attendee's name, image or voice in photographs, video and/or audio recordings, electronic reproductions. I consent to and authorize, in advance, such use and waive any rights of privacy and/or publicity I may have in connection therewith.
Photography, Recording, and Press
HSUS appreciates all coverage of Event. Photography, audio recordings, and video recordings are permitted for personal, non-commercial use. Prior written consent of HSUS is required for all other uses. All requests for press passes must be made in advance of Event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Press credentials are required for the issuance of a press pass, and HSUS requires that a copy of all published material be submitted to email@example.com.
HSUS is committed to conducting Event in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and to making all reasonable arrangements that will allow participation in Event. Attendees who require onsite assistance during an HSUS event should request it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or for additional assistance.
If any term or other provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced, all other terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. Reservation of Rights HSUS reserves the right to amend these Terms and/or its Events Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will be posted at the Event and on the HSUS website and will supersede any previous Terms.
