In this session, we will explore the importance of analyzing all information and veterinary findings during an investigation when determining whether to file animal cruelty charges. Using specific case examples, we will discuss the importance of remaining impartial when assessing the information related to an investigation, as well as how to identify vulnerabilities and other potential issues in a case. Cases in which cruelty charges were eventually dropped will also be presented.
