The Operations team is made up of a group of talented animal welfare and veterinary professionals who are passionate about caring for all shelter animals. As the Behavior & Training Manager on our Operations team, you will be a leader on our staff, motivating and energizing the animal care team to meet department goals. You will act as a mentor and coach, sharing your expertise with your fellow team members while completing the daily duties. With your experience in the animal sheltering field, you can expect that typical animal husbandry, intake, veterinary, and managerial duties to apply.

We’re looking for candidates who have at least two years of Animal Sheltering experience, and CPDT or equivalent certification is preferred.
