Job Description

The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for facilitating Humane Society of Charlotte Outreach programming. This includes the Pet Food Pantry and general Outreach response.

The Community Outreach Coordinator assists citizens by collaborating with social service agencies to find best possible solutions for people and their pet(s) and models a positive impression of HSC through professional and kind interactions with others.

This position promotes positive communication of HSC vision, mission, programs, and Outreach efforts internally and externally by engaging volunteers and cultivating individuals and organizations. The Community Outreach Coordinator widens the circle of compassion and understanding of HSC impact in the community.
