The Community Outreach Manager is an integral member of The Animal Foundation (“TAF”) team, responsible for leading and expanding the outreach program to serve residents and their pets in the underserved communities of the Las Vegas Valley through comprehensive, holistic access to resources including veterinary care, spay and neuter, vaccinations, behavioral support and pet food supplies. Facilitate collaboration and buy-in between local animal control agencies and community members to provide intervention and compliance based services. The Community Outreach Manager will oversee the Keeping Every Person and Pet Together (“KEPPT”) program, providing surrender intervention and safety net services; as well as the Pets For Life (“PFL”) program, providing canvassing services in communities to provide free spay/neuter and vaccination services. The Community Outreach Program is a new and developing program and the manager will provide oversight of all facets of the program, while also continually assessing and evaluating its success.
