GENERAL SUMMARY
The BAHS Executive Director will be the face of the organization, assist the Board of Directors with long- and short-term decision making, supervise management level positions, assist with human resources, oversee programming, and maintain the financial health of the organization.
REPORTS TO: BAHS President and Executive Committee
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
It is preferred that prime candidates has executive level management experience, experience managing a team of 10 to 15 employees, and experience working within a $500,000 budget.
