Spay/Neuter Surgeon

UCAN Nonprofit Spay & Neuter Clinic

Job Description

Want to have a rewarding career solving the pet overpopulation problem in Greater Cincinnati and keeping beloved pets with their families, all while working with a passionate, caring and fun team? We have the job for you!

We're seeking experienced spay/neuter surgeons to perform spay/neuter surgeries and wellness services for cats and dogs at our low-cost, nonprofit clinic. We partner with most county shelters in our area and focus our services on shelter pets, low-income family pets, and community cats. There are few jobs like this, where you get the satisfaction of knowing that you are making a permanent, positive impact by reducing the number of homeless cats and dogs in our community. And, you don't have to talk to clients about costs. We believe every person deserves to have a pet, so we help anyone who needs it, regardless of their financial circumstances.

The work schedule is flexible, you can work from 1 to 5 days a week, whatever works best for your situation. Work hours are generally from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Competitive benefits for full-time employees include PTO, paid license and membership fees, paid holidays, medical, dental and life insurance, substantially discounted services for personal pets, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match.

This is a part time job.
