    You have been asking for more and we aim to please – three days of practical application in investigating animal cruelty cases for law enforcement, humane investigators, animal control officers and those teaming with law enforcement agencies to assist with cruelty investigations. This course covers from the initial complaint through the proper filing of your case with the prosecutor. Students will receive traditional classroom instruction accompanied by daily work processing one of four “cruelty scenes”. Coaches will be assisting through process and investigation with each scene.

    Euthanasia By Injection Certification Training

    Wyandot County Humane Society, Inc

    November 5, 2019 (All day) to November 6, 2019 (All day)

    This EBI course is the 16 hour required course for certification in most states. The instructor is a retired Physician Assistant and has also worked in the animal care and welfare field since 1985 and the course reflects these many years of hands on experience. The course is adjusted as needed for all species depending on the needs of the attendees. This state approved certification course is licensed by Humane Society of the United States and the second day does include a lab during which animals are euthanized. Students have the opportunity to observe and participate.
