Animal Care Kennel Technician – Pet Allies Shelter
Great opportunity to get started or continue in an animal care career. Opportunities for advancement and to learn animal care skills on the job.
The position is for 4-5 days/week. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. Hours may vary based on capacity at the shelter but will be 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.
Salary: Starting Salary $16.00 (hiring for two positions)
Provide quality care for the dogs and puppies in our care. Clean and maintain the kennels, dog exercise yards, and kennel complex. Occasional cleaning & help with the cat room area. Learn animal handling skills and animal sheltering protocols. Join us and make a difference for the animals in our community.
