The Customer Care Manager is the most "people person" of all staff in the shelter! Friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to, the right candidate for this role can talk to anyone comfortably and warmly and is able to connect to patrons from a wide variety of backgrounds in a spectrum of emotional situations. A seasoned professional, their natural inclination is to approach situations with the goal of figuring out how to say "yes", they are creative in finding solutions to people's needs and requests and is able to step outside their personal biases to meet patrons where they are at and can model this behavior for the Customer Care staff, as well as other staff in the shelter.
