I cannot read your electronic newsletter. What can I do?
Just go to the join our online community page, enter your e-mail address, and click the "submit" button to log into your subscription management page. Change your newsletter preference to plain text. This will send a version of the newsletter that will not have images and can be read by almost all e-mail software.
