We are looking to expand our leadership team at Lynchburg Humane Society! The Adoption and Community Resource Manager will be responsible for directly overseeing the staff and daily flow of both the Adoption and Community Resource Departments, and elevating the Center for Pets visitor experience by providing outstanding client services and resources. This position will have a direct impact on getting and keeping pets out of the shelter by growing and promoting progressive, life saving practices such as open adoptions and post adoption support, self-supported rehoming, TNR, lost pet reunification, pet retention and more!
