Job Description

We are looking for a fast paced, driven, goal oriented individual to join our leadership team at Lynchburg Humane Society! The Pet Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the staff and daily flow of the Pet Care department as well as creating and improving efficiencies in staff training, time management, animal husbandry, and processes for disease prevention and control. This position will work directly with the pets and Pet Care staff to elevate care and comfort provided for pets during their stay at the Center for Pets. This person should be driven, focused, and eager to make a difference in the lives of homeless pets.
