Our DVM provides spay/neuter, and necessary surgical treatment of various medical conditions, herd health oversight, and healthcare maintenance on shelter pets. Our DVM provides humane medical treatment of all animals seen in the shelter and will play a role in the maintenance of shelter protocols. The DVM splits time evenly between surgical and wellness/medical with surgery in the morning and other duties in the afternoon. Knowledge of and training in shelter medicine preferred.
